Our innovative production line is specialized in applying sealing foam to automotive door locks. Designed for precision, this line includes a 3-meter diameter rotary table with 12 positions, each equipped with an RFID chip for slot number identification. Four high-power LASIT lasers prepare the lock surfaces for the foam application.

For the foam application, we use four six-axis KUKA robots, ensuring a uniform and accurate application. Additionally, one dedicated KUKA robot is used for precisely placing the locks on the conveyor after the foam application process.

The line is also equipped with an advanced laser for marking the locks with a 2D code, ensuring complete product traceability. Two scanners installed on the line are used for reading this code, allowing for ongoing monitoring and quality control of each element. This innovative technical solution guarantees the highest quality and efficiency of the manufacturing process.
