Our automotive lock component assembly line is manned by two operators and operates on the BOSCH TS2 conveyor system. This line features two SCARA robots and one six-axis robot, all from Mitsubishi, showcasing advanced robotics technology. The station is also equipped with a vision system, two vibratory feeders, a radial riveter, and a Sick profilometer, ensuring precision and quality at every step. Additionally, the line includes a lubrication system acquired from Walter, further enhancing its efficiency and reliability.
