We constructed this station with the aim of reducing the need for one production line operator. The station performs a series of operations such as gripping the lock, opening it, opening the plastic cover, and rotating the lock for repositioning. The implementation of this simple yet effective automation system has significantly reduced production costs by replacing manual labor with an automated process. This solution not only improves efficiency but also contributes to the enhancement of the quality of operations, demonstrating the potential that modern automation brings to the manufacturing industry.
