The modular conveyor system we’ve designed ingeniously merges two production lines into one, allowing for the smooth delivery of stitched sheets to advanced vision inspection devices. We utilize a state-of-the-art profilometer and Keyence cameras for inspection. This vision inspection ensures accuracy in verifying whether the sheets are correctly aligned and properly trimmed.

Each sheet undergoes rigorous verification, and after successful inspection, is packaged at the end of the conveyor. In the event of detecting any discrepancies, they are promptly ejected as parts not meeting the specifications. A key technological achievement in this conveyor system is the use of electric rollers, which enhances both efficiency and reliability. This system not only streamlines the production process but also ensures the highest quality standards, guaranteeing that each product meets stringent specifications.
